Refund & Returns Policy
How returns, exchanges and refunds work at FT-Traders.
Returns
Unused tyres in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
Tyres that have been fitted to a vehicle, driven on, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Defective tyres
If a tyre has a manufacturing defect, contact us straight away. We will inspect it and, where the defect is confirmed, replace it or help you claim under the manufacturer's warranty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned tyre, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid using the original payment method.
